Day 9 & 10 Recap
Workout: Gardening, Turbofire Low HIIT 25, Insanity Fit Test
Workout: Turbofit HIIT 15, Turbofire Sculpt 30
Back on track woohoo! Had a GREAT day Wednesday, burned lots of calories both working out and gardening...moved around some dirt and planted a hydrangea! Should have used gloves I now have a war wound in the form of a blister on my thumb.
I am throwing Insanity workouts into the mix as I please, but my schedule is too busy to commit to it right now. I already am 2 weeks into Turbofire so I am going to stick with it and finish out the 90 days, Chalene is a blast! Plus I am still training for a half marathon (despite my hip flexor injury) and will be running that this month!
I have seen people get great results with Insanity and after the Fit Test, and a very busy day, I can see why- I was exhausted!
