Where is my mojo?

I've been struggling with exercise this week. I'm not sedentary, but I've only been to the gym once, and I just haven't been myself. The good news is my eating is more or less under control... but I'm just off my groove, I think.

I'm planning on going for a run tonight (too hot now) and going to the gym Saturday. I want to do two classes saturday, tight and tone (taught by the guy that does my boot camp classes, and is supposed to be pretty hard) and yoga. I NEED it!

    I've been like this too. I'm getting sick again, so my mojo just wants to stay in bed and sleep. When you find your mojo could you check if mine is there too?

    I confess. I stole your mojo.

I've been ROCKIN' the exercise this week. Been to the gym every day, bike commuted to work M-Th, got in an extra bike ride with my son Wedneday night, sand volleyball on Thursday...planning another bike ride with my son after work tonight, two classes at the gym Saturday (one is 75 minutes, the other 45 minutes), a 40-mile bike ride on Saturday, and a 20-mile hike on Sunday. WHEW!

I don't want to give your mojo back, but I could be talked into sharing...

I too have had a tough time exercising this week. I am keeping my eating under control, but just can't seem to get myself to the gym, the park, or even to do my exercises at home.

I have a 5k Saturday night so I know I'll do that, but it's hardly enough for a whole week!
