I've been struggling with exercise this week. I'm not sedentary, but I've only been to the gym once, and I just haven't been myself. The good news is my eating is more or less under control... but I'm just off my groove, I think.
I'm planning on going for a run tonight (too hot now) and going to the gym Saturday. I want to do two classes saturday, tight and tone (taught by the guy that does my boot camp classes, and is supposed to be pretty hard) and yoga. I NEED it!
