Well I quit smoking again! My final quit

Friday, June 08, 2012

Well today is day 3 and I am feeling good today except I am tired.
I have been working out in the morning, which makes me feel better. I do walk at night also.
Now I just have to get my food in check!

2 days, 12 hours, 28 minutes and 29 seconds smoke free.

50 cigarettes not smoked.
$13.50 and 9 hours of your life saved.

Your quit date: 6/5/2012 10:25:00 PM

You can absolutely do this! I am a former smoker myself, so I know it's tough. I like the countdown you have going!

One day at a time! You can do it Today, tomorrow will take care of itself. I quit in 1972! I have become a rabid non smoker BUT every once in a while I will breath in that newly lit cigarette in someone else's hand and it will make me want to deeply inhale, not bat away the smoke as usual. If that happens, stay strong! I am a sparkmessage away if you need motivation!

You can do this!!! I have been quit for almost 5 years and if I can do it you can!!!! Drink tons of water....it helps. Find thins to do to keep your hands busy. My daughters made me bead bracelets the I carried around and used as worry beads. I also did a lot of jigsaw puzzles. Of course don't forget to exercise If you need to talk or vent Spark mail me I will listen

emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon you CAN do this. I quit on Feb 22. The funny thing is, I had to go look it up. Quit counting the days, and just say to yourself, "I'm a non-smoker", then it doesn't matter how long it's been. :) I keep waiting for my hubby to join me, so I'm wishing you luck so I can share your success with him too. :)

You CAN do this!!! Do you have support from those around you? I know my parents had to agree to quit together....mom did cold turkey but dad cheated. Well, he cheated until I called him out on it and then he quit. You shoulda seen my mom's face when I turned to him at a restaurant we met at and I turned to him and said "are you smoking again?" She was PISSED!!! (I could smell it on him)

Good luck!! Holler out if you need support!
