Yay! Friday! emoticon

Question: Anyone have experience of eating more INCREASING your appetite?

Lately, that's what it seems like. I eat more, I am hungry. Weird! I'm working out (somewhat) less right now, and upped my calories slightly per SP recommendations, but OK BODY WHAT GIVES.

Not sure if my running plans are going to work out. Yesterday's excitement has faded to being a little more exhausted than anticipated. Hm...maybe another mile-long trip for an apple... :)

    That definitely happens to me, especially if I am eating more carbs!

    Ha-ha...I know! It seems I'm hungrier after I eat.
    Some of it might be mental...you are thinking too much about diet and food, and it triggers the hunger response.
    But, some is real hunger, your Food gets processed and stomach juices flow, and message to brain is "SEND MORE!"
    Just try to eat Smart, pick the healthier of your choices. And thinking of it as fuel for your body...only eat what you think you'll need to burn as energy.
    Then plan to use some of that FUEL you've taken in. Get up, and out, and burn it !
    The starting is always harder than the actual action. Just take the first steps.
    You are a Strong, bright woman...YOU CAN DO THIS!
