This morning was day #2 of my body weight workout challenge. While I was incredibly sore yesterday, I felt pretty good when I awoke this morning. Common sense dictated a change in structure to accommodate the most difficult portion of the workout first, so I started with push-ups that nearly killed me - but I persevered!!! YEAH ME! Next up came sit-ups that are already showing signs of improvement!! And finally the squats...I love 'em and hate 'em all at the same time.
What I love about this challenge is the smartphone app that tracks everything for me. As soon as I finish a set I can push the timer button and work my circuits without losing track of where I am. So glad I decided to challenge myself this way. Can't wait to see how my strength improves with each workout.
