It has been a long week! We go out of town Friday-Sunday and I am planning to eat well and exercise. I was slipping but I am doing much better. I feel like all my sparkfriends are behind me cheering me on when I think of eating too much or skipping a workout.

Since I have writtien so many blogs this week I will keep it short
June 2012 Goals Weekly Update
Exercise 500 calories + 6 days a week (donít just exercise for minutes but make it quality exercise)
--- One day I was low on this. I did burn a lot of calories at work that day though. It was a hard day with 1 year olds (I normally work with 3/4 year olds)
Take one active rest day per week
---Done, this one is never a problem to meet.
Do Strength Training 3-4 times a week
--- I was behind but will catch up on this one. (one more day to go)
Eat 6-7 Freggies a day
--Very easy goal. Met this everyday!
One day per week allow myself to go over calories by 100 or so. Just to reset my metabolism
---this one was easy cause I slipped up. I am committing myself not to slip anymore
Less Snacking after dinner. Limit to one snack
---I am getting better now that I take a smoothie to work
Apply for at least one job per week
---Did several this week!!
