First day of summer vacation. So many chores and lose ends to tie up today. I had a meeting at 5:30 pm and of course there was food provided. Pizza Fried Chicken , granola bars and water. Seriously, Would you feed that meal to your family? Needless to say I ate nothing. I brought the granola bar home and had it for dessert...Yummy
1. Walk at least 6,000 steps a day and reach for 10,000 /7246 steps today. Seems like a million.
2. Log all food consumed on the food tracker daily / completed, I have realized that eggs are too high in Cholesterol, so I need to only have them occasionally. I do like to monitor my Cholesterol intake on the food tracker!
Here is a look at my breakfast. Yummy Dill eggsalad! And some wonderful DECAF iced tea!
3. Take meds and record blood pressure readings daily / took meds and BP is 130/83, Much better than yesterday. It seems to be coming down to a more normal range.
4. Pack my lunch everyday/ or eat at home NO FAST FOOD / All Meals were at home today and accompanied by my DH.
5.Check in with Spark People at least once a day. Completed and I look forward to blogging and reading articles.
