Today is starting out to be a beautiful day. Clear blue sky, sun is shining, and cool enough for walking. I was thinking about taking the dog for 2 more walks besides the 2 that I already took her on. But I don't want to waste all of my energy this morning its a little low today.
Today is my youngest nephew Matt's 13th birthday. It doesn't seem possible that he's that old already. It seems like only yesterday that he was born. A cousin of mine has twin girls that him and his wife adopted have a birthday today too. The twins turn 12 years old today. These two have autism and they are mirror twins. I've texted my cousin's wife to tell the girls Happy Birthday from us and I'll do that with my youngest nephew too in a littl while. I will wait until dad is done getting ready for the day. I also found out that one of my late mom's classmates has a birthday today too.
It's 80 degrees outside and I've picked the wrong day to wear my toningshorts. I'm sweating up a storm. I might do some exercises to help with more sweating. I'm hoping that we don't go for another parts run before I can do it. I haven't decided if I'm going to do them yet.
Besides the shots that's making me sweat, I ate and drank something hot for breakfast and lunch. I have the AC and fans going.
I found some vegetarian chocolate ice cream that sound good and it's a 2 serving typ of ice cream. And its made with avocado. I'm going to put the recipe on 2 files on my computer. One is for recipes from the internet and the other is on vegetarian/vegan recipes. I've been craving for ice cream here lately.
My grandniece Katelynn turned a month old today. It doesn't seem possible that she's taht old already. It seems like only yesterday that she was born. I cannot wait to see her.
I took the dog for 2 more walks making it 4 walks today. Plus a bath between the last 2 walks. Fleas and she got dirty on the 3rd walk. I don't think that I got all the fleas. I hope that I don't take her for anymore walks tonight because I've had enough for one day.
I did a workout DVD today and I used tennis shoes while doing it. That was much better than using my sandals. If I have enough energy later, I'm going to do another workout DVD.
Taking the dog for walks and a workout DVD, I feel so much better. So alive. Never knew this until I started SparkPeople. I'm hoping to exercise up to the time I go to bed.
I'm going to skip doing another workout DVD tonight. I don't want to wear myself out . I'm between full of energy and tired.
I'm trying to figure out how to put giving a dog a bath as cardio because you can get a good workout giving a dog abath. I know with mine I do.
Now I wish that I had more for supper than I did but didn't. I had leftover frenchfries from lunch. I'm hungry.
Got both pets laying on the floor next to the computer like usual. Whenever I get on the computer, that's where they lay to be near me. They end up falling asleep.
I'm hoping that tomorrow will be another beautiful day. I want to take the dog for more walks tomorrwo. I'm hoping to take her for 4 walks. If I can do 4 tomorrow, I'll be okay. Like 2 or 3 walks. Maybe I can get all 4 walks done in the morning. It'll depend on how awake I am and how sore I am. I don't usually have a lot of energy in the morning.
I haven't gotten the chance to check on adding giving my dog a bath on my cardio yet. I've been trying to figure out other things that need to be done.
