The idea of a new gym is on my mind. Multiple reasons make me wonder if that would help. I lost track of my motivation and drive to press on with the weight loss. No change since April or up a few pounds down is the issue. Fear of going either direction exists. Sigh.
Perhaps still not being comfortable at this new size of overweight is the culprit. There must be a way to remove this barrier in my head. So again, would changing gyms help? I am considering a larger place but likely would do less not more!
Wish I understood this better.
