Time Flies

It is hard to believe it has almost been a month since I've put my thoughts to words. Things have been crazy. Last month I went to my daughter's for over a week to help her out with the boys, ages one and two. Now I'm taking care of my other grand son. We are slowly getting a routine. I am a routine oriented person so that is really helping me. The hardest part is that he loves to get into everything and there is no way in a house this small to move it all but he'll learn.

There has been some emotional eating but I'm working hard to get it under control. I've been faithful with my running. Yesterday I took a break and did 110 minutes of workout videos. I broke them up between Bentley's two naps. I'm staying at a steady weight so no complaints there. I bounced up a little last week but it came off. Running after a little one really helps with that.

We are going to our old church and it feels good. The people there are full of love and have shown us nothing but love toward our grand son. He is the youngest there right now and they all treat him like family. I do not believe he has ever meet a stranger. He loves them also.

I want to thank those who encourage me and keep up with me. It has really helped. I hope I haven't missed anyone but if you haven't heard from me I apologize. I subscribe to all of my friends blogs but when I was gone I had to do a massive delete of my email. ((Everybody)) Each of you is important to me. Your trials and successes matter. emoticon

Four o'clock comes early so I'd better get and shower so I can have a little reading time before bed. Chances are I'll fall asleep before I get through the first paragraph..LOL Must mean I'm getting old.

Good night and God bless.

You are a heroine with a heart of gold. Never forget how much you are loved and how special you are ! Keep taking care of yourself, while taking care of your family and Bentley too! I know it is a challenge, but it sounds like you are taking it on with grace!

Love , Karen

You deleted my mail?! What? Oh you broke my heart (seriously, I'm ninja on the delete, that mailbox gets spammed and I go overboard on the delete, I hope I never get notified of anything serious via email, cuz, WOW, that'd be missed).
I love the love you have for your church family. Woman you are so sweet!
Bentley, *W*O*A*H*, I feel his energy way up here and I'm tired.

I'll revive my hooping and vlog...you too, k? emoticon

Way to go on reeling in the emotional eating and knocking that weight off very quickly!! That is exactly how I tackle it if I go beyond my set range.

I really like and need routines too. I hope that each passing week gets more comfortable for you all. You really are blessed, and I love the gratitude and positive outlook you always have!

Hope you have a fabulous weekend!

Wow, 110 minutes is very impressive..I'm struggling to put exercise into my schedule right now..so it's so inspiring that you're able to fit it in. I didn't realize that your daughter's baby's were so young as well. That is so sweet of you to help out with all your grands. They are lucky to have you! Hope you're getting some time to rest as well. emoticon

Bless your heart Crystle, you are an angel. Not asking but if you're keeping your grandson all the time I'm guessing you are tired. I so understand that, I babysit for my nephew & he has a 3 YO daughter & almost 1 YO son. They really keep me on my toes. LOL That's how I'm keeping the weight off emoticon
