I am used to following a 1200-1500 calorie diet of healthy foods. It is those little cheats that get me in trouble so I will avoid sweets!!!
Do you think it wise to shake up your diet once in a while and maybe follow South Beach or something else??? Anyone have a comment on this???
Just got into routine of doing water aerobics in pool since it warmed up and tomorrow morning we leave for Lake House for 5 days. I do not swim in the lake but do my walking there. So for first 5 days I will walk. After that, I will walk 30 minutes and do water aerobics for 60 minutes unless weather is inclement, then will ride recumbent bike. Aim for exercise 6 days a week.
I rarely miss posting daily to team threads and will continue to do so and record my weight daily.
