I am used to following a 1200-1500 calorie diet of healthy foods. It is those little cheats that get me in trouble so I will avoid sweets!!!
Do you think it wise to shake up your diet once in a while and maybe follow South Beach or something else??? Anyone have a comment on this???
Just got into routine of doing water aerobics in pool since it warmed up and tomorrow morning we leave for Lake House for 5 days. I do not swim in the lake but do my walking there. So for first 5 days I will walk. After that, I will walk 30 minutes and do water aerobics for 60 minutes unless weather is inclement, then will ride recumbent bike. Aim for exercise 6 days a week.
I rarely miss posting daily to team threads and will continue to do so and record my weight daily.

    It's a very good thing to change your workout routine now and then, or you could hit a plateau. I've never thought about changing the diet plan for a while. It's an interesting thought.

    i shake up my exercise more then my diet... seems my diet is getting more and more refined lol... i havent had coffee at my house in a month now (gave up creamer so no coffee) drink hot tea in the morning and iced day later in the day if caffiene is needed.. other then that lemonade or water with lemons in it.... i am still trying to cut chocolate out of my diet lol but i am failing at that one but i am not over eating it either so.. i guess i will let that one ride a while longer... have been eating some nice watermelon since it has been on sale at wally world...trying to get more fruits in but they are so expensive....food is so expensive...but i like your plan for walking and swimmming.. i have added swimming to my daily routine (weather permitting) but i dont count them in my fitness minutes i think of it as a added bonus to the day.... been doing weight training working on my core muscles and of course i have to have my dance fix :)
