I have never been much for planning any thing. Didn't plan today but it still happened. What happened? I stayed in my cal. allotment. I had a healthy breakfast, a light lunch and then went out to eat. I made health choices and did not get carried away. I ate as much as I wanted and left some on my plate. I did eat more vegetables then I ordered, I ate my husbands cabbage too. I love cabbage. My cal. allotment is done for the day and I forgot about a snack before bed time. I eat dinner at 6:00 pm and go to bed at 12:00 so I get hungry just before bed. I have tried to make dinner later but my hubby gets hungry and cranky. And if I don't have a snack before bed I go to bed hungry and I don't like that.
I have looked at what Sparkpeople suggests that I eat tomorrow and made substitutions with what I have on hand. It sounds like more food then I usually eat but I guess it is healthier. So tomorrow I will eat what is planned and see how that goes. There is a planned snack and I will have it before bed time. That should work.
If I get too hungry during the day I well have some raw vegetables. I have nice red and yellow peppers that would just fit the bill.
So that is my plan, I will try this planning meals thing everyone has been talking about.
