I am so sorry to hear about your horrible day! Congrats on not getting fast food on the way home, that is a huge step. I also wanted to say your daughter is gorgeous, and the way you two interact even after such a stressful day is truly endearing! :D

Im sorry about your horrible day!!! And that is so awesome that you didn't give in and go out for fast food! on my days off I tend to not eat all day because im so busy until around 6 or so then i pig out.....so ive been learning to have small quick easy meals that i can just grab and eat right away. It helps alot and its key for losing weight. If we keep fighting we will be smaller and healthier and thats what we need to remember!

Im so proud that after an awful day you didn't give in and have fast food! That's big! Its always easy to give in with were stressed and say, I dont wanna deal with cooking, dishes and clean up..I'll just eat out. So you should be extra proud! Sorry you had such an awful day, the denist really does suck and I hope that the next time you go to the doctor it's good news, I'll be sending good thoughts your way. I totally agree about the shower - I shower quick with my eyes closed and don't even get me started about towels! I'm always around if you want to message me, we are in this together!!!
