Yes, This afternoon My Mailbox contained my winning exercise DVD. I'm So HAPPY to finally Receive it. I have my exercise shoes and pad and will try to use it as often as I possibly can make my Body work out. It is called the Cardio Blast, so I hope it will also help my Heart. It says there are quite a few different Workouts on the DVD. This will start my heart pumping I'm sure.

Thanks for all your help and suggestion on who to write to and how to get help on SparkPeople.Com. I wrote on the Message board for problems with the website and computers helps. Over night I received a very nice response from Coach Denise that said she would check into it. Wasn't that fast response. I couldn't believe that it arrived today. Thanks to SparkPeople for everything.
