I noticed on Monday that I had been avoiding the mirrors in my house! I hated looking at my fatness. I would look into the mirror in the car because I can only see my face, but absolutely no mirrors that showed my full body. That was the last straw! I prayed and then I went and bought some slim-fast shake mix and lots and lots of fruit. Tuesday morning I set my clock and I was up at 5:45am exercising on my Wii Fit Plus (I bought this about 6 months ago and had only used it a couple of times). I started my shakes and I have been consistent for 3 days now. I know its a baby step but this is actually the longest I have stayed with both exercising and dieting. I know God is going to keep me on the right track! I have set small goals toward my overall end goal (lose 100+ pounds). I want to be able to CROSS MY LEGS at my Christmas dinner engagement!!!
