BREAKFAST:


1/2 c Quaker Quick Oatmeal, prepared with water.
2 c Coffee w/ 2 tsp sugar & 2 tsp Powdered non-dairy creamer.

LUNCH:


4 Bisquick biscuits w/ 1/2 c Country style instant gravy.

DINNER:

2 Bisquick Biscuits w/ Butter and Welsh's grape jelly.

NOT PICTURED:
5 Gingersnap cookies. [SNACK]
1 24oz Diet Mtn Dew

DAILY SUMMARY:
I was doing good this morning and then Mom suggested I make biscuits and gravy for us to have for dinner (my lunch) and it was all downhill from there. :/
