Yes!! Back on track. I could have let a few bad days throw me completely off course. But I decided the better option was to get my choices back in line with what I want!

Weekly Calorie Burn Actual/Goal - 1288/3000. I slept in this morning. Had dinner with a friend this evening. Could have used those as an excuse not to do anything. But instead, I came home & rode the bike for 40 minutes. Now, despite skipping a couple of days, I can still hit my calorie burn goal for the week.
In calorie range (1460 – 1810)- Yes! 1609
5 fruits/veggies consumed - No - 4.
