Whew! I'm bushed... I was hoping to have a relatively normal week. LOL!

This weekend I just crashed. I was kind of tired and just let myself rest and sleep in a little bit... you know like til 8 am. So that was nice. I didn't have any rushing to go anywhere for once.

Monday was a day of normal crazy... gymnastics days are always long for me. I was also super busy in the lab all day. Makes the days fly by; but no real time to workout over lunch kind of busy.

Yesterday wouldn't have been so bad; but I had forgotten to put on the calendar our mommy/daughter date night to the salon. Oops! Thankfully the lovely ladies that work at the front desk call with reminders the day before. So that means I leave at 6:30 am and get home again at 8:30 pm. Plus I was really busy in the lab again. I've got a new pretty big project I'm working through right now and it's giving me some new challenges to troubleshoot and optimize. But, I love a good challenge!

Then today... well, DD forgot until Monday to let us know that her end of year orchestra concert was tonight. LOL! Nothing like last minute warnings. So, for the 3rd night in a row we've been out late. It l was a lovely concert. DH got a nice pic of DD and I on the way there. I'll have to see if I can post it soon.

I'm still plugging away though. I'm 240 in to my 3000 for my June challenge. So, I need to try to step it up a little bit. I even did my lunges today in the lab while waiting for the centrifuge so I wouldn't fall too far behind. LOL! Yep I'm trying to be creative! My coworkers already know I'm nuts, so I don't have to worry too much.

Anyway, that's why I'm a little low profile right now. This end of the year stuff is kicking my booty. I hope everyone is having a great week! I'm busy but good! Tomorrow is another gymnastics night, so I may or may not pop in here to write. I know I desperately need to catch up my fitness tracker. I'm pretty far behind. Thankfully my pedometer keeps my history and pencils and paper still work for the rest. LOL! Spark on my friends! I'll catch you later!
