Addicted to green beans and I leg pressed 350lbs

Wednesday, June 06, 2012

A lot has been going on lately! Lets get the bad news out of the way. An employee at my church killed herself. She died on the day that all the employees at the church was suppose to get paid. Well the elders at the church wrote out the checks for the employees. No big deal, right? Well all the checks bounced! At this time we didnt know the person killed herself. Well when everyone reported to the elders that the checks bounced. They started to look into the financials of the church. We are suppose to have $140,000 in the bank. Well its all gone! The only person that had access to the bank stuff was that employee. We dont know for sure what happened but 2+2=4, ya know? Anyway, we have no idea how bad the situation is. My Mom teaches at the private school at the church. As of right now we have no idea if either the church or school will be able to stay open. So because of all this my mom maybe with out a job!

For some odd reason im addicted to green beans. I have no idea why! If I get a chance to eat them I will..I guess I could be addicted to worse things..lol

Yesterday I read an article on how to naturally boost your testosterone. I've had my testosterone tested once before but I never got to talk to my doctor about the results. I know its low. Anyway, the article gave a few ways to increase it. The one way I tried today was to increase my weights to where I could only do 5 reps. I knew my max on the leg press was 310lbs but I haven't tried it in over a month. So I jumped on the leg press, increased the weight to 310. I could do 10 reps with some effort. So I bumped up the weight again and again. Until I ended up at 350lbs. The thing is that I know I could have bumped it up more but I just wanted to be careful, you know? I cant wait for the day I max out the machine at 400lbs! Maybe its the green beans that are helping me..lol..

emoticon Indeed, an addiction of that sort is unlikely to have much in the way of negative consequences.

emoticon on 350! I remember being able to leg press something in the 300+ range in high school P.E. The difference to how much (little) I can do now is laughable.
