The first month was pretty tough--I stayed on track almost every day, exercised and everything, but only one pound came off the first week and nothing for several weeks after that. What the $#@?? I was thinking. But, FINALLY, the weight is starting to come off now. Yay!
I have NO idea why nothing happened at first. Maybe my body just needed some time to accept that things were changing?
