Will be taking measurements today!!!
Woke up to 157.2 which means I lost 7.4 lbs in 24 days. I'm pretty pumped because I feel super tiny, even after the crazy bad weekend!
Today, since I ran out of my meal replacement shakes,
I had coconut milk, spinach and banana protein shake. Then a snack was a banana, almonds, and baby carrots. Lunch was grilled chicken...nothing else, just grilled chicken...not going to lie, I regret that already! Dinner, A brothy soup with tilapia and shrimp. I plan on doing a lower body workout tonight however, I woke up with the worst charley horse so I'm considering doing the upper body work out instead. I'll see how I feel when I get off work! Hopefully everyone is having a fantastic and healthy Wednesday.
