Can I say that I am just STRESSED out!

Too much on my plate!!

I usually handle stress very well but I am taking care of my brother full time - my father and mother one day a week, my son's wedding is in 7 weeks and is in California (we are in Michigan). my brother in law was just diagnosed with lung cancer, and both my husband and I are dealing with our own health issues and working through financial stuff for the wedding and house things.
Of course we have our four adult children and our seven grandchildren and a farm (not a running farm but 8 acres to take care of).
I cut and mow the lawn and do the trimming which in some ways is relaxing.

Can I say Stress STRESS and more STRESS?

I joined the Official Stress Busting Challenge Team - my 6th challenge of the year! woohoo! (Yes, I left some teams for summer but I kept all of the ones that deal with my physical health) this one is for my emotional and physical health.
I hope to learn some tools to help me get back on track - my motto is one day and one issue at a time.

My goals for June - 25 spark points on days I cannot spark online but want to log in and track my fitness/nutritional goals. 50 points on days I check in with my teams.

Exercise 50 minutes 4 days a week - eat healthy. I hope to lose 15 pounds this summer. Continue my strength training with my XFactor, Swim, Swim, and swim some more! everyday that I can.

Take more deep breaths and step away when needed in dealing with family members who may not agree with me when it comes to mom and dad's care, my bro's care and other family issues that are too dysfunctional for me to mention here. I want to be an example of Jesus LOVE and forgiveness and peace in these situations.

When we get to California I am going to SAVOR the moments with my son and my future daughter. ( I sent her the wedding wrap I made her (a wrap is like a shawl only square) She loves it! This picture does not do it justice but you get the idea.

I am committed to relaxing and taking care of ME in the evenings.

I will keep on keeping on. Sparking in my daily life to inspire others in my life to start a journey to health.

God is good!

    God IS good! I'm sorry that you have so much stress right now. I'm praying that God will give you peace and endurance as you go through your daily life. Enjoy the wedding and spending time with your son and daughter in law!
