Week from Hell!

OK, so the 4 day weekend is over, but my cold is worse, so I'm skipping the gym... again! Also, a TON of work is keeping me quite static at my computer, so I have to fight the "working munchies" while having less time to move around than ever. I will be trying to keep major control on my calorie count because of this, though I've found that even my snacking habits were not THAT terrible, calorie-wise. It's more about controlling the behavior than reducing food intake, for me. I'll still try to get some exercise in, but probably not much cardio until I stop coughing.

    I'm giving myself one more day of no gym, but with moderate exercise at home. Starting to feel a little better, and the calorie counting has worked well. Keep it up, Reaching4home! Hopefully it'll get better.

    I WAS DOWN FOR SEVERAL DAYS, WITH BAD HIPS AND A BAD BACK. I REALLY WATCHED WHAT I ATE AND MANAGED TO JUST MAINTAIN THIS WEEK. THE BACK AND HIPS FEEL NO BETTER SO I AM BACK TO EXERCISING TODAY. GET OUT THE ICE PACKS!
