Weighed myself today. I know I don't need to do it everyday, but I try to not take it too seriously if I fluctuate up and down a bit, so long as I remain faithful my calorie range and exercise routine. So even though I am up a pound from yesterday for some reason, not to worry. I decided to take my measurements. AND.... that is truly inspiring!
These measurements are compared to the ones at the beginning of May. Just wish my thighs would lose some.... only lost a drip there.
