week 4

Weighed myself today. I know I don't need to do it everyday, but I try to not take it too seriously if I fluctuate up and down a bit, so long as I remain faithful my calorie range and exercise routine. So even though I am up a pound from yesterday for some reason, not to worry. I decided to take my measurements. AND.... that is truly inspiring!
Bicep- -1"
Bust- -2"
Waist- -2.25"
Hips- -2.75"
Weight- -7#

These measurements are compared to the ones at the beginning of May. Just wish my thighs would lose some.... only lost a drip there. emoticon
