Going back to see my new and only grandbaby is where my focus is right now. I'm still in celebration mode... but I have noticed that changes are slipping in. Reasonable portions and "No Thank You" samples have replaced oversized portions and normal servings of poor choices.
For travel I have found that water laden foods work best for me... mini cukes, grapes, apples, celery filled with fat-free hummus. Coconut water for a change a of pace. My son is doing a triathlon on Saturday, (good thing I was awake when he was born ... so I know he is ours, must be a product of the environment. LOL) I'm still back toward working on walking a 5K.
I cannot wait to see how much my sweet baby girl has grown.
