Bra size 38DDD
Acceleration went well today. I'm working on the beginner's level plan and its not really a workout, more like an introduction. It does work up a sweat and get you breathless for a few minutes, but then it's over. I'm okay with that except that it means I spend 20+ minutes on a 7 minute workout. That takes a good bit of my one hour workout window in the mornings. I'm going to stick with it though. I've just got to make sure to fill in the extra time with a readily available 30-40 minute workout.
I usually only measure myself on my Sparkversary days. Seeing these measurements makes me glad that I do. I don't understand why my thighs and arms are staying the same. Those are the parts I work the most during my workouts, so shouldn't they be shrinking? Go figure.
