Been down for a couple of months. I havn't been exercising or eating like I should. However, no weight gain. emoticon

    Congratulations on the "no weight gain"!!! Sometimes we hit bumps in the road that are beyond our control. All you can do is control what you can and move on. I'd say you've been doing a wonderful job. Keep up the good work!

    Glad you have been using smart portion control even if you'd like to make some better choices. Clearly you have some of the skills you need to achieve your goals mastered. Set some small achievable goals in the improving nutrition/exercising areas, succeed, and then build on your success! You can do it!! It's worth it. You deserve it.
