a confession

Wednesday, June 06, 2012

I skipped working out for the past five days because of long shifts at work 14 hrs. I was so tired and frustrated after the three of them I spent one day resting. The next day it was cold and rainy, I only did a little light swimming. I noticed that my attitude was becoming more negative the stress from the weekend was not leaving. I then did aerobics and the wii fit and I could not believe how the blahs left and I started to feel happier, full of energy. The stress had left. I am finding that exercise is important to my mental health. If I never loose another pound it is worth the effort.

you said it girl it is worth it in more ways than many people think.not only physically but mentally.it not only builds suppleness but stamina and endurance which can come in handy sometimes.it help release stress and makes us more able to cope with the day to day stressīs of life.not only that but it makes us look good as well.added plus with all the sweating we do it also helps to get rid of some of our toxins and mostly it is free, not always depending what you do. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

That is also a lesson I have learned since starting here!

It seems to help the depression leave ASAP.

    Have a great Day!
