I skipped working out for the past five days because of long shifts at work 14 hrs. I was so tired and frustrated after the three of them I spent one day resting. The next day it was cold and rainy, I only did a little light swimming. I noticed that my attitude was becoming more negative the stress from the weekend was not leaving. I then did aerobics and the wii fit and I could not believe how the blahs left and I started to feel happier, full of energy. The stress had left. I am finding that exercise is important to my mental health. If I never loose another pound it is worth the effort.
