Jogged 4km!

I can't believe that I jogged 4 km tonight in 25 minutes, WITHOUT stopping! I had no trouble doing it, I actually kept adding to what I had planned to do. I planned to do only about 3km. I'm starting to believe that I could do a 5k run. I mean, I knew I could do one, but if I'm going to - I want to ROCK at it!

I can't believe all of the emoticon moments I have been having this past week (pounds lost, inches gone, and now this). I really needed the added motivation because I was starting to stumble. Now I think, no I know that I will be able to keep it up.

Thanks also to all of the spark people who have been reading my blogs & activity, and leaving me comments. I might not respond to them all, but they all help me with my motivation. emoticon I have also been enjoying reading about all of your journeys on the healthy highway of life!

    Woohoo!!! After a 5k do a 10k, when you get to those I have tons of suggestions and pod run suggestions for you. They helped me get to running my first half marathon. Gosh I miss running. I'm so busy though I can't get them in. Soon though soon. Keep up the fab work!!
