Day 5 Of a 10 Day Challenge

Long day and I am so very tired. I managed to complete my 5 personal goals today and now we are on the down side. Five more to go!
1. Walk at least 6,000 steps a day and reach for 10,000 / 7844 steps today. I am sure to bust another 10,000 tomorrow
2. Log all food consumed on the food tracker daily / completed and all within range.... Second day and cholesterol is looking more normal!
3. Take meds and record blood pressure readings daily / took meds and BP is 133/83, can I hope that this BP will go down after Union elections tomorrow?
4. Pack my lunch everyday/ or eat at home NO FAST FOOD / completed. I made a Light and easy Taco Salad tonight. I tried Natural ground Chicken. I was surprised how lean and tasty it was! Even DH said...That's a do Over!
5.Check in with Spark People at least once a day. Completed and even commented on a few blogs!
