Half way of first week and doing great!

I am going strong. Didn't really feel like working out today but did it anyway and felt great for it! I didn't do the workout I had planned, cause I am sore and that is why I really didn't want to do it. So I substituted my workout for one that would let me stretch out a bit and it did the trick! Need to keep working on my nutrition but slowly getting a handle on it! I am really loving all the veggies and fruits. So glad it is watermelon and strawberry time of the year again. Definitely my favorite! I am growing some in my garden! I can't wait to eat my own! Protein is still a work in progress!
I am really staying focused on my goals. I am getting my water consumption back up also. I had been back on the Dr Pepper kick again so that is a good habit to get rid of!
So 4 days in and I am getting a grip on things! I see success with my goals in my future! Getting fitter everyday and I can't wait to see my new body!
