Half way of first week and doing great!

I am going strong. Didn't really feel like working out today but did it anyway and felt great for it! I didn't do the workout I had planned, cause I am sore and that is why I really didn't want to do it. So I substituted my workout for one that would let me stretch out a bit and it did the trick! Need to keep working on my nutrition but slowly getting a handle on it! I am really loving all the veggies and fruits. So glad it is watermelon and strawberry time of the year again. Definitely my favorite! I am growing some in my garden! I can't wait to eat my own! Protein is still a work in progress!
I am really staying focused on my goals. I am getting my water consumption back up also. I had been back on the Dr Pepper kick again so that is a good habit to get rid of!
So 4 days in and I am getting a grip on things! I see success with my goals in my future! Getting fitter everyday and I can't wait to see my new body!

    Great job. I seem to be doing the exact opposite. The timing was terrible for my entry. My hubby took this week off so we could spent some time together and what do you think we are spending time doing? Trying all the restaurants in town we've never tried emoticon .

I'm starting to be glad it's a 98 day challenge. It a while to make up for this week. emoticon
