Running Update, Week 2, Run 2

So when my husband was camping I missed 2 runs, and I missed 1 run after that due to illness, but wanted to log what I've been doing. :)

Week 2: 5 minutes brisk warm-up walk followed by 90 seconds of jogging and 2 minutes of walking for a total of 20 minutes.

June 5th, Week 2 Day 3:
Distance: 2.21 miles
Duration: 33 minutes, 3 seconds
Steps: 4,147

June 3rd, Week 2 Day 2:
Distance: 2.11 miles
Duration: 31 minutes, 26 seconds
Steps: 3,954

May 31st, Week 2 Day 1 (again after break):
Distance: 1.78 miles
Duration: 33 minutes 43 seconds
Steps: 3,713

May 22nd, Week 2 Day 1:
Distance: 1.92 miles
Duration: 30 minutes 17 seconds
Steps: 3,777


Week 1: 5 minutes brisk warm-up walk followed by 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes.

May 20th, Week 1 Day 3:
Distance: 1.99 miles
Duration: 29 minutes, 23 seconds
Steps: 3, 807

May 17th, Week 1 Day 2:
Distance: 1.94 miles
Time: 30 minutes 6 seconds
Steps: 3,778 (in the run)

May 15th, Week 1 Day 1:
Distance: 1.69 miles
Time: 20 or 25 minutes (didn't stop it at the right time)
Steps: 3,378

As you can see I have slowly but surely been improving!! YAY! That's really all I can ask for!
