I guess to say it better is that it has been a week since I wrote a blog but that doesn't mean I have stopped anything that I was doing. I still get up every morning and work, track every bit of food that I eat and exercise 2 + hours per day. Tomorrow a new part of my journey begins. Although I exercise it still seems a bit scattered but I realized yesterday when it was so hot and humid that exercising at the gym will be more health concious for me. yesterday when it was 97 I went and rode my bike for a total of 10 minutes and felt as though I was going to pass out. of course now I know that was from the heat and read up on it more so that I will not make the same mistake again.
My husband goes to school in the evening so I have decided since it takes me awhile at the gym that I will break down my workout with breaks in between while he is at school that way when he gets home I will be home too. this way it is not taking time away from our quality time together. I know it sounds weird but since he is at school for 4 hours I have broken the gym up into 4 sections. I have decided that I will spend 1/2 hour on each section. Still getting into the swing of running but since I am still fairly new I walk and run in intervals. Right now I feel like I run way too slow however as time goes on I will get better and run faster than I am doing right at the moment.
Exercising makes me feel good and today I put my fannypack on and had to tighten it again. I love it when I readjust my items. it really shows progress.
