And when I count calories and write down what I eat, this is what happens:
I plan things. I stop and think before I cut another piece of cheese. Before going to a pot luck lunch (in my honour), I plan what I will eat (1/2 a slice of Ida's lasagna, tons of my healthy green salad, some kale salad, skip the nacho dip and chips, bring my own home-made calorie free ice tea, eat a very tiny breakfast so I can have the gluten free dessert they bought me, skip the bbq'd chicken and the big white dinner rolls). And I plan for what to eat after (home-made 200 cal. veg soup and grilled asparagus with 9 rice crackers.
And then, THIS is what happens, I hit day 2 totally and easily on track.
