Today will be week 1 day 1 of the couch 2 5k plan, I have tried this plan before but quit at week 5 the first time as my gym membership ran out, and week3 the second time as i broke my toe !
So 3rd time lucky right ? I'm going to just run outside so that I have no excuses about not being being able to make it to the gym in time, and i've downloaded a HIIT trainer so that i know how far into each interval I am as well as a iphone app called run keeper, it tracks how far and how fast i go and tells you when you have new personal best so hopefully it will tell be that i keep on getting better :)
Well I can't think of anymore gadets or downloads all that is left is for me to get out there and get running !
