I was looking for a tshirt to wear yesterday, and found the tshirt from my first sprint triathlon 6 years ago. Training for that was the beginning of my trip to improved fitness and weight loss. I lost about 30 pounds and moved from couch potato to running a sprint distance tri.
In the 6 years since, I have maintained my weight for the most part, being as much as 10 pounds up from where I am now at times, to as much as 8 pounds down. I feel pretty happy that I have maintained pretty well.
Now I would like to try to lose another 20 pounds. I am at the very top of my healthy BMI range, and when I try on clothes, although everything in my closet actually fits, I would like to
be a little less "wide" from behind.
