The real goal!

It has been a few weeks since I have seen any movement on the scale just moving up and down 2 pounds. It is frustrating. I know the scale isn't everything and in the past month I have continued to strength train regularly with interval training. I feel stronger and have even put on some clothes that were too tight but I wish I would see the movement even just one pound.

Losing weight at the begining was so easy. I lost 30 pounds in 4 months. It has taken a year to lose the next 30. I eat better now and exercise smarter. This is why I usually fall off the wagon after about 6 months. Luckily I am a year and a half in and showing no signs of stopping.

I must remember I am fitter, happier, healthier, stronger, and a more fun person than I was and isn't that the real goal!
