Gah! I just got my plan of action in order, and then yesterday comes along, and it's an utter DISASTER! A total trainwreck! Almost 3000 calories worth of a diosaster, to be exact!I just read SANDIEGOJOHN's recent blog entry about being in a slump, and while I am not an athelte by any means, the blog resonated with me! I truly understand what he was talking about and I don't feel so alone in my struggle with MY slump.
I get to do the grocery shopping for the family this week, so here's my chance to get some healthy food in this house instead of the usual mashed potatoes and hamburgers.
This week I have no days off from work, so it's gonna be extra hard to get my exercise in, but I already plan to take a bike ride when I get home from work today.
Gotta get up and dust myself off again and plod on!
