I am so friggen excited about this challenge omgosh lol can't
After finishing the 28 day summer body bootcamp, I challenged myself to get back on my 6am workouts mon - fri and so far so good and doing a minimum of 10 mins workouts sat and sun (along with just being more active and moving more every day) also working on tracking the foods I eat more...
I'm starting a new challenge June 11th and I can't wait to start this actual challenge. I can definitely see myself reaching my Aug 18th goal of 200 lbs woohoo
Don't get me wrong I am loving the workouts and being accountable. However still not loving how hard it is to eat right , and not just meaning the types of foods I eat. I'm also talking about eating multiple times a day. I actually barely eat out any more, I've even dramatically reduced my pizza pizza walk in special monthly intake down to maybe once. Which is dramatic because it use to be a regular at my house weekly.
However I really need to start planning my meals in advance and this is showing to be difficult, almost as difficult as quitting smoking was.
FYI I quit smoking March 18th 2010 that's over 2 yrs ago. Cold Turkey. Yay for me.
What do you do to make food planning easier and making and having healthy meals more attainable.
