Grain Free - Weigh in week 1

I am down 3.8 from last Tuesday.

I need to figure out how to keep my digestive track more regular. Without posting too much information, let's just say that irregularity is regular for me. If my body wasn't still holding on to waste that should have been eliminated regularly since last Thursday then my numbers might be better.

All that being said, I choose to look at the big picture and am satisfied with my numbers. 3.8 is good.

and I get you about the reglarity. my thyroids meds helped alot.

I still occasionally have to do something else though.

    Good job!
How about adding bran to some yogurt to up your fiber. Lots of water and veggies helps too, along with some exercise.
You are doing great! Keep it up!
