Aloha! Happy Tuesday everyone! Although for and I'll best most UKers - this so feels like another Sunday, ha.
Okay so I did successfully design a new plan for the week on Sunday, but finished too late to start blogging online. Monday... blah. Monday, I was off work, I ate well and I went into town by myself and did some shopping. For the record - this may sound strange to some people... But I never really go into town alone. I never go around shops on my own. Well, until Monday! I decided I would. I can be a bit of a scaredy cat, and on arrival to town my heart was beating a bit faster, and I'm a bit paranoid but after a few shops, I was fine!
Turns out, I really enjoyed being by myself and walking around the shops and looking at stuffs. And buying a few stuffs too. ;)
Well, mid-afternoon, I'd been to see a friend then and was on the way to see a Niece, and got a phonecall in work. Somebody had messed up and work needed an extra body, so.... I got on down to work. I worked for say 3 hours so it wasn't too bad. Getting home then with the husband - I was knackered. And my muscles were a bit sore from Sunday's Bodyrock, so I let myself rest. (I did also want to chill out and watch some Pretty Little Liars - I've just started from Season 1!) ---PLUS it felt so much like a Sunday.... :P

Monday - Myomytv - Crazy KettleBell Combo (Knew I had no Zumba today)
Tuesday - Deck of Cards Workout. (Another Nina workout, infact I think all this weeks ideas are courtesy of PENFOLDROCKS :D )
Wednesday - Lovingfit.com - Abs Climber Uncut (I chose a short abs, as it's likely I'll go to Body Blitz this night)
Thursday - Ultrafit Spartan Workout
And I hadn't chosen anything for Friday or Saturday yet. BUT. I'm a day behind already so this might workout some way.
For Tuesday, today, I got up at 8:30am after the husband had left for work (he works a lot bless his heart) and I mowed the grass. Little surprise for my hubby that, he'll be all happy when he gets home and see's the grass cut, hehe. We have this game where we surprise each other by cutting the grass when one is working.
Anyways I did myomytv's Crazy Kettlebell Combo Workout today. Well just before, lol. It looked like this~

Burpee into Pullup - 5-4-4.5 (FANTASTIC! I couldn't wait for these through each round)
Contra-Lateral Single-Leg Deadlift w/ Row Right - 7-7-5
Contra-Lateral Single-Leg Deadlift w/ Row Left - 6-6-6
Roundabout Swing - 30-32-39 (I pushed and did not stop for the 39)
Phew! This was a tough workout. Good fun. Lots of balance needed and stuff. It's good for me to do balance stuff as I suffer with it when I'm tiring.

Soooo I'm happy with how things are going. I am LOVING my workouts. This is old news though, I know how much I enjoy it all... I just get so lazy. No more lazy Steph. I feel so good right now, my clothes feel good too. It's so worth it.

I didn't weigh myself for Week 1 and I still haven't weighed myself. Whoops. Probably an idea to stay off the scales? I might just work at it for a long while and then hope for a nice surprise on the scales. Or show myself that I'm not supposed to go under 140lbs... Because with all efforts, I've never weighed less than 143lbs. Yeah I was a heavy baby. :P
