Woot! I lost what I gained last week and then down ANOTHER lb! Yea, it's only one, but it's going down. 4 lbs away from the 200s, and 14 from the 199's! My body's not going to give it up easy, so I'm going to have to fight for it.
I'm on Day 5 of JM's 30 Day Shred. My calves hurt like heck. My left hip is kind of sore, but I'm sticking with it. I've seen a lot of nice results blogged about the video, so I'm excited what she can do with me.
I'm keeping up with the training, and going to be running tonight. Not sure if I'll do that before or after the 30DS though.
