You always have a choice...

Your Time To Choose

You can always live the life you choose. Because you can always choose, in each and every moment, how to be.

Sure, life in this world sends all sorts of seemingly random and often disturbing occurrences your way. Yet the choice of how to think and feel about them, and what to do with them, is yours.

It is through the use of that choice that your life is fashioned. From the perspective you select comes the world you experience, in this hour, this month, this decade, this lifetime.

Whatever comes, will come and go. What you choose to do with it, is what makes your life the way it is.

It is never too late, and you are never too far off track to live the way you wish to live. For in this very next moment, no matter what it may contain, you can choose how, and why, to proceed.

You never have to resign yourself to less than the best. For now is always your time to choose.

Ralph Marston

There is always a choice to be made... you decide which way you are going to look at life in THIS moment. It isn't right or wrong. It is just a decision. Sometimes we can control how it is played out, sometimes we cannot. But our attitude IS a choice. What we think is our own realm. No one can take your inner strength unless you allow it.
Today is a new day. A new opportunity to do what is best for you. Think about what direction you wish to take. You may not have control over the physical world, but you CAN choose to control your thoughts. Choose to be grateful for whatever comes your way today. Choose to KNOW God loves you! Choose to say "thank you" to yourself... you are worth the time to take care of YOU this day!

I choose to never give up, no matter what. I choose to have an attitude of gratitude for what I have, not for what will never be. I choose to view each dawning day as a precious gift not to be wasted.
How you choose to face things really does have an impact on how your life will be.

Thank you so much for writing this blog. It IS so encouraging to make the right healthy choices every day. Yes, our attitude has so much to do with it! I know for a fact that my precious Mama could've passed away years earlier than she did, but she didn't because of her cheerful, happy attitude even when she was sick. Well, most of the time, with having type 1 diabetes!! We do have so much control of our own! Thanks again!

    I'll do it tomorrow.
Just one won't hurt me.
I can't because....
Are all phrases I chose to eliminate from my vocabulary!
