CARDIO STREAK 391
STRENGTH STREAK 339
So I was up early this morning. Sorry to see the virtual walk site is still down. I have plenty of mileage to enter for the last several days. Did 4.5 miles in 60 minutes followed by a stretch, lying adductions, tricep dips and alternating bicep curls. Now I have to get a salad made to take to work.. Will try to do more later.
