Up Late Not A Good Week

I've not been very good this week with my diet or my working out I haven't gone to the gym that much at all specially for the amount of calories I ate I weigh in today when I do go to the gym and I'm hoping i haven't gain weight some lose would be great I'm falling behind according to the being on track marker of where I should be to meet my goal guess I have to buckle down and work really hard and get my butt to the gym I also should be talking my 12 year old dog for walks at night Best time really cause she a bit over weight herself vet said so I think she not bad but it wouldn't hurt her to get some exercise too make me walk some more too well here's crossing my fingers for my weigh in this morning.

  Yeah weighed in actually gained .5 guess thats not to terrible for the bad week I have had fresh start gotta try harder to get in the time at the gym and stop sneakin the snacks lol

    Give yourself a fresh start in your mind. After you weigh in, go from there. You can do it. You just gotta have the want to. Let your mind be in charge, not your body's cravings.
