Week Twenty Two: Sore.

The title says it all. The what victory feels like. Nobody said it would feel like this even after a good stretching. I woke up sore and all day I've been sore, especially after sitting for any amount of time. I'm so surprised. I feel fine then when I'm sitting and have to move around I feel like I've aged 50 years and my butt, hips, thighs, calves, and shins are sooooooo sore. I did my Aqua Zumba and I'm so happy I did because I felt great in the water and did some stretching in the water. I feel very relaxed and happy about it. All this week is Aqua Zumba.

    I love your number 5 of what "your grateful for". Once you return to the water it (soreness) will all go away!
