I am trying to come up with a reward system. It is really hard... I used to reward myself for every 5 pounds lost, but now, if I do that I will go broke. So, I am trying to come up with something...
I tried quinoa for the first time tonight. I love it! The only thing I dislike about it is that it is very filling, and since it is very filling a little goes a very long way. I am the only one who eats it, soo...
I am very pleased that I lost 5 pounds this week. That really makes up for last week. I know that I worked very hard.
I have noticed that exercise is starting to get easier. Like I am not getting as winded as I was. The same goes for walking up stairs. I mean, I am still a klutz, and I don't think anything is ever going to change that, but I can't ask for everything!
I am going to volunteer at the library tomorrow, so I better get to bed.
