Day 4 of 10 Day Challenge

Today was amazing! I left at sunrise to capture some photos of our new Marilyn Monroe statue down town.
She is amazing! I visited many school sites today as part of my union volunteer work. I walked all over the place!
Here are my 5 personal goals for the next 10 days! I am Pleased with my progress at this point!
1. Walk at least 6,000 steps a day and reach for 10,000 /10,056 steps at 7:05 pm ! I reached the stars today!
2. Log all food consumed on the food tracker daily / completed and all within range.. Mostly raw today and very little meat. I am going to try for 2 meatless days a week! Here is my dinner salad.
3. Take all of my meds and record blood pressure readings daily / took meds and BP is 132/86 not too terriffic but I will continue to monitor it! For the next six days I will strictly watch my sodium intake and eat more veggies.
4. Pack my lunch everyday/ or eat at home NO FAST FOOD / completed. To answer Angela's question. Do you eat the same thing everyday? That would get boring. Angela I actually have soup everyday with either a small salad, fresh veggies, 1/2 a sandwich , baked chips,nuts, or a piece of fruit. Even though I do start with soup , I never get bored of the possibilities.
5.Check in with Spark People at least once a day. /Checked in and had a great day scoring over 75 points!
