I just read through a bunch of my past blogs. Soooo much energy I had! So, I logged my food and the last two days and sure enough, I am low on protein and keep going over calories even at the VERY generous 1500 range. But I remember that it is a PROCESS with very SMALL changes. I will just keep going forward. I've been here and have DONE this. Actually OVER done this :) before :) But Damn I felt good at the time. So proud of myself. I want it back. I really actually need it back. Would love to feel the twinkling lights again. So I will run tomorrow which is my on day. Week 5 day 2, continue to log food. Continue to write my blogs. Took down my pictures so now I am in stealth mode and don't have to worry if anyone that I knew happened upon these :) I'm 44 and wearing "barbie pink" nail polish....it has always been the little things for me ;) Yep, yep I am SUCH the rebel!
