Reality check

Wow! Wellness Fair today at work, weighed, measured, needle stick and body fat analysis. 43.3% fat, unbelievable. Made me go back to check old data, lowest ever in 12 years was 36.6%. Seems I traded in 20 lbs of muscle for 20 pounds of fat even though I have lost 23 pounds since then! Enough of this, I need to turn this ship around starting today. This is my re-commitment to myself. Final and last because I will make this work. I have the time and the tools so I'm gonna have at it!

    Whenever we lose weight, we lose muscle. It's just a simple fact. However, you can try to retain more muscle by doing some strength training. So if you aren't already on a good strength training schedule, try adding some to your usual routine.
